The best way to contact me is via email on the 'contact' page, and allow 24 hours for a reply. If it is a very brief email there is no charge, however if it requires some detail there may be a small fee, you will be told in advance. Please refer to the consultations page. 

RE-ORDERING SUPPLEMENTS

It is most important that you continue the treatment plan as written upon your prescription from me. I have carefully assessed your individual needs, and need you to follow all instructions for the best results until your next appointment. I only prescribe high quality 'Practitioner only' products.

When you run out of your prescribed remedies and require more remedies,

I use the online practitioner company called Vital.Ly. I set the account up for you, with only the prescribed products I have recommended. You can then order what you need yourself. (I am kept fully informed.) Please email me to request an account set up.
